■ Chassis; It is designed according to international transportation standards for trouble-free transportation under full load and in all types of ground conditions. Overloading has also been taken into consideration in strength calculations. It is a chassis manufactured from two high-strength “I” section bodies.
■ Axle; Each has a carrying capacity of 3x10 tons.
■ Axle Lift; Front axle lifting and lowering system located inside the cabin.
■ Mechanical Leg; Double-speed mechanical legs, each with a carrying capacity of 25 tons.
■ King Pin; King Pin manufactured from high-strength forged steel and compliant with 2” SAE/DIN standards.
■ Brake; The brake components used are in accordance with EU standards and are designed from WABCO brand products.
■ Hydraulic System; The dump movement is performed with a 5-stage heavy-duty telescopic cylinder providing a tipping angle of 45°. The hydraulic oil tank is equipped with a suction filter, the dumper is pneumatically controlled, and it has a double-speed lowering valve and limit control safety system. The oil tank is mounted on the trailer, and the hydraulic connection between the trailer and tractor is provided by 2 sockets.
■ Air Suspension; It consists of suspension air bags, a limiting level valve, ramp lever, lifting coil, parabolic Z leaf springs and shock absorber components that limit excessive axle movement.
■ Air Equipment; The air required for the air suspension, front axle lift, brake circuit and EBS circuit is supplied from the air tank. The hoses used in this equipment are made of polyamide and are resistant to air pressure.
■ Electrical System; It is designed according to European standards. WABCO products are used in the equipment. Automatic brake ratchets, brake valve, brake chambers (30-size cylinders), brake linings (394x210 mm), and axle brakes are equipped with an EBS system. There are two replaceable and protected brake sockets at the front of the trailer.
■ Tire and Rim; 6+1 tubeless tires in 385/65 R 22.5 size.
■ Paint; After the surface of the trailer is sandblasted, it is carefully cleaned with chemical liquids, two coats of acrylic paint are applied over epoxy primer, and the painting process is carried out according to RAL codes.
