■ Chassis; Designed according to international transportation standards for trouble-free transportation under full load and in all types of ground conditions. Overloading has also been taken into consideration in strength calculations. It is a chassis manufactured from two high-strength “I” section bodies.
■ Axle; Each has a carrying capacity of 3x10 tons.
■ Axle Lift; Front axle lifting and lowering system located inside the cabin.
■ Suspension; Consists of suspension air bags, limiting level valve, ramp lever, lifting coil, parabolic Z leaf springs and shock absorber components that limit excessive axle movement.
■ Brake; The brake components used are in accordance with EU standards and are designed from WABCO brand products.
Air Equipment: The air required for the air suspension, front axle lift, brake circuit and EBS circuit is supplied from the air tank. The hoses used in this system are made of polyamide and are resistant to air pressure.
■ Electrical System; Complete lighting set with 2x7-pin sockets, in accordance with SAE standards.
■ Leg; Double-speed mechanical legs, each with a carrying capacity of 25 tons.
■ Unloading; Manual or pneumatic system according to customer preference.
■ Body; Chrome-nickel stainless steel is used.
■ King Pin; King Pin manufactured from high-strength forged steel and compliant with 2” SAE/DIN standards.
■ Tire and Rim; 6+1 tires in size 385/65 R22.5 and 22.5x11.75 rims.
